It is a world-class supplier of air separation units and cryogenic petrochemical equipment, as well as a pioneer and leader in the Chinese gas industry. Hangyang has won the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, the nomination for China Quality Award and has been selected as a world-class leading demonstration enterprise and a national-level demonstration enterprise for scientific and technological innovation. The company currently owns total assets of 21.8 billion Chinese Yuan.

Hangyang is the manufacturer of the first air separation unit in China and has provided more than 4,000 sets of air separation units for various industries in China. Its production and sales of extra-large ASU with capacity of 60,000 Nm3/h and above are globally leading. The 100,000-grade ASU made for Shenhua Ningxia Coal project is known as a "pillar of a great power" with its overall technology has reached an international leading level. The market share of cryogenic petrochemical products such as ethylene cold boxes is also leading in China. Hangyang has invested in and established 61 professional gas companies in China and overseas, providing services such as pipeline gas supply for industrial parks, pipeline gas, bulk liquids, and bottled gas. The total oxygen production capacity of Hangyang exceeds 3.2 million Nm3/h. Hangyang has also solved the stranglehold problem in special gas field and achieved integrated production, storage, transportation and application of neon, helium, krypton, and xenon, providing safe and reliable supply for key industries such as semiconductors, optical fibers, aerospace, scientific research, and healthcare. Hangyang is also accelerating its layout in hydrogen energy, LNG, CCUS, energy storage, and green electricity, and has invested in the construction of the largest-scale "hydro-electricity" integrated energy island in the country.
