Hangyang Group Extension and Transfer Project Ceremony was hold in Hangyang Linan New Factory near Linan Qinshan Lake on Nov.30,2009.

Hangyang has made outstanding contributions to itself development and economical society contrition of Hangzhou since it was found 60 years ago. In these two years, under the cares from the leaders of all levels, the support of the government and design, construction and supervise units, the persistent hard work of Hangyang people, a largest and most advanced air separation equipment manufacturing base is exhibiting to people near the beautiful Linan Qinshan lake. Recalling the days which is more than 2 years, we are filled with emotions.
In view of this vast and complicated construction, relocation project, the whole staff of Hangyang taking the guidance of scientific concept of development, fully implement the transfer and extension project according to municipal party committee and government's "high starting point plan, high-intensity input, high-standard construction, high performance management" requirements.
In the course of construction, natural disasters, financial crisis, once caused us immense difficulties, but all of these have failed to stop the progress pace of HangYang. In 2008, the main part of project had finished. In 2009, Hangyang transfer and extension project entered the phase of complete removal. We have overcome the difficulties of two production relocations caused by transfer, carefully planned scientifically organized and implemented the plan. After 8 months of hard work, we achieved stably, successfully transfer and fulfilled al production tasks. To the end of August, 2009, the new area was in full production.
Next, we will look at moving into the new factory as an opportunity to further expand the enterprise development space, enhance our development potential, to improve product manufacturing capacity, level and quality, to develop complete sets of projects to upstream and industrial gases to downstream, to create a golden industry chain of project contracting, equipment manufacturing, gas supply to upstream and downstream. Make Hangyang a more market competitive large enterprise group after transfer and do our contribution to the development of Linan city, Hangzhou city and Zhejiang province.

The next year is the 60th anniversary of Hangyang Plant. Since 60 years, in particular the 30 years of reform and opening, Hangyang has made much achievements in product development, product structure adjustment and the transformation of state-owned enterprises, made contribution to the development of the national economy. In 2008, the production capacity of Hangyang air separation plant reached 1.2 million nm3 / h, 14 sets of 60,000 nm3/h air separation units have been put into operation and under construction, Products of Hangyang are not only able to be exported to Southeast Asia, India, and also to Europe and the United States.

To develop EPC project upwards and to develop industrial gas business downwards is the development strategy of Hangyang to become bigger and stronger. For this reason, Hangyang seized the opportunity of macroeconomic adjustment and decided to set up the EPC company to take use of its own advantages and to make use of social resources.
The Hangzhou Hangyang Huayi Engineering Co.,Ltd is built by investment increase of Hangyang, in which 85% stake is held by Hangyang. The company is mainly engaged in EPC projects of air separation units, chemical, petrochemical and natural gas, as well as engineering design of chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical projects. It will also involve in turbines, boilers and electrical equipments that are needed for a air separation unit, and will gradually enter into the EPC projects in other areas.
