A contract of 2 sets of 63000m3／h ASU exported to Iran has been signed recently

Hangyang Co.,Ltd has signed a contract of 2 sets of 63000m3/h ASU with Chinese Nation Chemical Construction Corporate and KAVEH Group(Iran) recently.

These two sets of ASU are the largest ASUs developed by national manufacturer so far in China, therefore this project can again certify Hangyang’s capability and technology in ASU and will certainly promote Hangyang’s technical progress in extra large ASU and enhance its international competitive power.

This Air Separation Plant is of an internal compression process of oxygen with air purification system by molecular sieves, and adopts the technology of air pressurization, middle pressure air boosting & expansion technology, expansion air enters into MP column, regular packing LP column, full rectify and produce argon technology. Its main specifications are: Oxygen Output: 60000Nm3/h ，purity: 99.6％，pressure :4.55MPaG;LOX output: 3000Nm3/h ，purity:99.6％；Nitrogen output: 60000Nm3/h ，purity:≤100ppmO2 ;LAr output: 2200Nm3/h ，purity:≤2ppm02，≤3ppmN2.
